We connected our social networks to Odoo ERP: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter. This allows us to publish targeted posts within the framework of marketing campaigns, track their effectiveness, and gather leads for CRM, not to mention improving our marketing reach. Seamless Order Processing and Project Management
We not only automated the order processing system, but also made it completely transparent and convenient! Project management, tracking of employee and subcontractor work hours — all of this is now integrated into one system. This allows us to respond promptly to arising questions and to stay ahead in project management.
Accounting and Management
Accounting, payroll calculation, and tracking of employee expenses are now in the same database with management accounting. This simplifies the lives of our accountants (significantly reducing our accounting costs), while allowing us to better plan and control our budget. All financial information is now accessible and transparent, enabling us to make informed and precise management decisions.
Complete Automation
Odoo and artificial intelligence from OpenAI now help us automate the processes of sales, technical support, procurement, and HR. This allows us to work faster and more efficiently, reducing expenses on some business processes almost to zero and improving service quality. The level of automation we have achieved ensures maximum possible efficiency for our teams and customer satisfaction.
