How the Collaboration with «GAMMA» Paints Plant Started

The "GAMMA" plant is not just a factory; it’s a true spectrum of possibilities! Specializing in the production of paints for artists, the plant holds leading positions in the market and splashes a myriad of shades onto store shelves. Actively implementing modern technologies, the company sought to make its business processes not only more efficient but also more vibrant. With the help of staff from C-MES Solutions Ltd, a comprehensive 1C ERP management system was implemented at this colorful enterprise. The project's recognition spread far and wide, thanks to an article published in the "Automation in Industry" magazine, which won first place in a competition and was featured in issue 02/12. The project engaged about 100 active users of the new system.

  7. Budgeting and Financial Planning: Implementing long-term and short-term budgeting ensured financial stability and process transparency.
